EXCELLENT Based on 59 reviews Posted on Ginger ThomasTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I deeply appreciated Dr. Lalani. I was completely at a dead end with my Cushings diagnosis. She literally saved me from months more of suffering thru life changing symptoms by getting a referral in so quickly so my local team of doctors could start my treatment!! I live in Colorado, I drove to Texas to see her, and incredibly blessed and taken care of by her. I would refer any and all to her! My heaven sent angel!!Posted on Jessica SladeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr Lalani is knowledgeable and efficient. She's made a big difference in my health.Posted on Ashley FloydTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr. Lalani is an excellent endocrinologist. She was able to see me in a couple days after contacting her. This is a welcome difference from other endocrinologists which were at least a month out. She was always very thorough and willing to help. I am so grateful for her willingness to help and her flexibility. I was even able to reach her to schedule an important lab while she was on vacation! When you have a new diagnosis it is scary and you need answers, I will always be grateful for her help and expertise.Posted on Jeannette KincaidTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I visited Dr. Lalani seeking help for six months off illness that responded to increased sodium intake (suggesting my body was salt wasting.) My AM cortisol was 6.8 which warranted further investigation. However, I found the follow-up care to be dismissive and lacking in clinical depth. My concerns include: *Despite a borderline initial result, a second test was used to definitively rule out adrenal issues without considering external stressors that can acutely elevate cortisol levels or test any other adrenal hormones. *I provided labs showing low nutrient levels, which suggest malabsorption and possible low stomach acid, which could lead to issues with the adrenal function. *Rather than testing the full array hormone levels of my pituitary and adrenal system (or even the hormones dealing with salt regulation) the doctor suggested sleep apnea and acid reducers. I felt these suggestions were based on my weight rather than my specific lab markers or symptoms, as no diagnostic testing was performed to support these claims. I eventually sought a second opinion where more comprehensive testing (Pituitary panel, Aldosterone, and Renin) was conducted to actually investigate the root cause. I left this office feeling unheard and that my symptoms were "hand-waved" away. I would recommend patients with complex symptoms seek a provider who looks more closely at the full clinical picture.Posted on Diana AscarrunzTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t say enough good things about this Dr. Lalani. After years of trying to get a handle on my health, she’s the first one who has truly made me feel comfortable and supported. I never feel judged with her—even if I haven’t hit all my goals. Instead of finger-pointing, she reassures me that change takes time and helps me look at my health from a more holistic perspective. She’s so detail-oriented, and any time I’ve had a question through the portal, she’s responded quickly and thoughtfully. It feels rare these days to find a doctor who really listens and encourages you, and I’d recommend her in a heartbeat to my friends and family. Honestly, I just feel lucky to have finally found her.Posted on Dianna AmescuaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
